Yuna Toki

Won first place and the New Piece Award at the 6th Novosibirsk International Violin Competition. Won first place at the 20th New York SMF Concerto Competition. Won first place at the 12th Lipinski-Wieniawski International Youth Violin Competition. Won the Tokyo Governor's Award. Won third place at the 82nd Japan Music Competition. Won second place at the 83rd Japan Music Competition.
He has performed with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra, Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra, and others, and has also appeared on NHK-FM's "Recital Nova." From 2013 to 2015, he was loaned a 1716 Stradivarius "Hammer" by the ITOH Foundation.
She has studied under Anna Starnovskaya, Aguri Suzuki, and Akiko Tatsumi. She has also received instruction from Zakhar Bron at the Swiss Academy. She has studied chamber music under Nobuko Yamazaki, Hamao Fujiwara, and Heiichiro Oyama. She graduated from the Faculty of Music at Toho Gakuen School of Music with honors and completed her Master's degree at the same university's Graduate School of Music. She also studied under Mark Gothoni at the University of the Arts Berlin, graduating with highest honors.
After graduating from the Academy of the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, he has performed as a guest player with the Berlin Baroque Soloists and the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, among others.
Recipient of the Yamaha Music Scholarship and the Rohm Music Foundation Scholarship. Artist for CHANEL Pygmalion Days and MusicDialogue.
Former associate principal second violinist of the Dresden State Opera Orchestra (Staatskapelle Dresden). Lecturer at Toho Gakuen School of Music from April 2026.
