Rintaro Kaneko
After completing the soloist diploma course at Toho Gakuen School of Music, he studied at the Hungarian National Liszt Academy of Music.
He has won and placed in numerous domestic and international competitions. From 2003 to 2007, he was the principal cellist of the Osaka Symphony Orchestra, and from 2007 to 2008, he was the special principal cellist of the Osaka Symphony Orchestra. Currently, he is invited as a guest principal cellist to various orchestras and is active in the Saito Kinen Orchestra, among others. He is also the principal cellist of the Tokyo Mozart Players, and a member of Super Trio 3℃, Nagaokakyo Chamber Ensemble, and Tokyo Baroque Players. He is the principal cellist of the Yamagata Symphony Orchestra and a Music Dialogue artist.
